Andy Lowe has been been working in the IT industry for over 22 years, primarily in Pharma IT Operations starting in networking and progressing to Security operations management.

More recently he has been working in the Managed Security Services sector, providing support for customers like his former organization.

He is now organising the training across their Global MSS Security Operations centres, and working to provide the best opportunities in Vendor, Cloud and Inhouse training and development

It has always been very clear to him that ensuring his teams have the right skills and development to do the task asked of them is vital.

It helps the teams to feel valued and demonstrates the commitment from a business to their staff, additionally in a MSS environment having appropriately accredited staff help reassure the clients that they are able to deliver the highest level of service.
